I'll be thinking about this post about Trust by Penelope Trunk for the coming week, maybe more.
It reminds me a bit of my emotional reaction to reading the website Project for the New American Century website back in 1999 - 2000. My reaction at the time was that this will be big, even if I disagreed with some of the bases for their arguments. Too much demagoguery, not enough reality. This is what runs up national debts.
Back to Penelope, I agree with her - Trust is big thing.
The decade ahead feels full of promise and opportunity to me. Too, we'll need to face the challenge of fear, individually, collectively. Trust trumps fear.
