Are you a Baking Soda Candidate?

Boy, I sure hope so!

Baking Soda candidates are those who are capable of doing anything well. Well almost anything. The one thing they tend to not do well is market themselves - too many choices to pick from.

If you find yourself to be a Baking Soda candidate, pretend you are the Product Manager of Baking Soda. And how does one market/sell Baking Soda? You pick one emotional need your primary buyer has and solve that. The idea is that this gets you off the shelf, and into the job. Later, when the buyer understands you can do soooo much more, great, go do those things. You know, AFTER you're hired ;-).
