Today, I had something happens that occurs from time-to-time. A candidate blew me off for an interview.
What's curious to me is that recruiters, and their Applicant Tracking Systems, ATSs, have l-o-n-g memories. Why would someone do this without following up as to why, especially when they are going to need another job later on, or they may even be in the position of hiring an outside recruiting agency later in their career?
Something to think about as our socially networked world gets smaller and smaller.
